What to do After You’ve Sold an Item
After a customer purchases your item, you will be sent an automated message and email with the buyer’s shipping information.
Once one of your items sells you will receive all of the following:
– A notification in “Messages”
– An automated message from the buyer that says “I bought [item name]” and includes the customer’s address.
– An email from Craftrina confirming your sale.
– An email from PayPal confirming your sale.
Additionally, whenever you sell an item, the item will appear under “Orders” on your Craftrina Seller Dashboard.
Once you’ve confirmed your sale, make sure to ship your item and provide tracking information in a timely manner to ensure that you remain eligible for seller protection and to have the funds released to your PayPal account.
