Printing PayPal Shipping Labels
Yay! You made a sale! Follow our helpful guide to ensure your customer’s purchase is sent safely with Craftrina/PayPal Seller Protection.
Here’s What You Need:
- Measuring tape
- Packaging (box, large envelope, etc.)
- Locate your recent sale.
- When you print a shipping label through PayPal, the tracking information will automatically be associated with that particular transaction by clicking on the ‘Ship’ link.
From this section you’ll create a shipping label to print out and add to the package you are shipping. Please Note: YOU MUST ship with the full tracking and delivery confirmation (i.e. USPS Priority/Express International) or equivalent for international shipments to be eligible for Seller Protection.
*It is strongly recommended to purchase insurance for high-valued items as well as signature confirmation (Which is required for items valued $750+).
To learn more, please review PayPal’s Seller Protection Guidelines.
If you’re unable to add the tracking number due to the shipping company not being an available option in the drop-down menu, simply message the tracking number directly to the buyer. However, you still need to add it to the PayPal transaction detail page though.
If you’d rather create the shipping label through your preferred shipping method in person, you can add tracking information later on through PayPal by clicking on the ‘Add Tracking Info‘ link.
Please note that your preferred shipping method must include full tracking and delivery confirmation (i.e. USPS Priority/Express International) or equivalent for international shipments to be eligible for seller protection.
All transactions are eligible for full protection as long as the proper procedures are followed. We strongly recommend documenting the process, such as keeping all records of the transaction such as photos, receipts, and shipping process to be protected. As mentioned in our About page you must always make sure to ship with full tracking to the provided address on the PayPal transaction in order to be eligible for seller protection.
For more information, please review PayPal’s Seller Protection Guidelines.
