Setting Shop Policies 

Shop policies are very much important for any online shop.  

Sellers are able to define their own policies for their shop and products.  

  • Shipping Policy  
  • Refund Policy  
  • Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy  

A seller may set the overall site product policies from the Seller Dashboard -> Setting -> Shop Policies.  

Sellers are allowed to set their policies for their own shop.  

 

Policies can be set from the Seller Dashboard -> Setting -> Shop Policies Tab. 

 

Sellers may also define the  Policy Tab Title from here.  

It’s also possible for sellers to define policies for each product separately.  

 

Policies can be set from the Seller Dashboard – Product manager -> Product Policies Tab 

 

A sellers Shop Policies will be sent to customers with the shop invoice.  

You may disable this from Shop Invoice setting as well.
